WHAT CUSTOMER INFORMATION DOES AIR PRO COLLECT AND HOLD?
The type of information Air Pro will request from you depends on the type of product or service Air Pro is providing, and may include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Details of your purchases;
Air Pro only collects information that is needed by the company to provide the services offered. Air Pro does not collect your credit card number online. Utilizing http://www.securepay.com.au as a payment gateway, credit card details are not stored with Air Pro and are subject to the strictest security guidelines implemented by www.securepay.com.au.
USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Air Pro uses your personal information for certain purposes, including to:

- Administer and manage the services Air Pro provides you with;

ACCESS AND CORRECTION
Customers can request access at any time to personal information that we hold (only for their own information, will they be given access). A request for access to this information will be processed within a reasonable time. There is no fee for requesting access to your information; however we may charge you reasonable administration costs to process request. You may ask Air Pro at any time to correct personal information held by the company about you, which you believe to be incorrect or out of date.
Air Pro aims to ensure that all information we hold, which we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly notify Air Pro if there are any changes to your personal information.
